Is 230 degrees C converted to Fahrenheit resulting in 446 degrees?? I do not have an oven that has the celsius option. Also, the oven I have is a standard house oven, I thought I should mention that in case I should be aware of how there can be a difference while baking depending on what kind of oven we have...

For the classic virgin mojito, I suggest you to not muddling the mint leaves with the sugar & lime. Muddling the sugar & lime first then, just claps the mint on your hand coz we only need to find the aroma without crash it. Add some monin mint half oz, lime jc about 1 oz, and crushed ice. Stirr it well until the mints are stay on the glass walls...and pour some soda for half (only half/one splash)....and add more ice:)
